Returns & Refunds Policy
The following returns policy applies to all items sold on this site –
Returns are not accepted but a complete refund is initiated in case the product is received in a damaged condition or is not as described in the store. To raise a request for a refund, please write to us at hello@woodsogoodshop.com with a picture of the defective item within 5 days of receipt of the item. For bundles, if a refund is requested for a part of the bundle, then the same is made as a proportion of the part to the total product cost of the bundle.
Kindly share any images of the item against open packaging when placing your request.
Any item is eligible for refund/replacement within 5 days from receiving the order if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
– Has one or more parts of accessories missing
– Does not match with what was ordered. In disputes of dimension, refunds will only be acceptable when the dimensions listed are significantly different from those listed (At least 12%).
