All products are food-grade and handcrafted in sustainably sourced wood.

Care Instructions
To clean, use a mild soap or detergent and towel dry immediately after. Do not place in dishwashers, microwaves, or ovens. Avoid deep-soaks. To prolong the age of woodenware, it is advised to oil and place the product overnight to soak in the oil every few weeks. Mineral oil or any edible oil like vegetable or sunflower can be used for this purpose.
Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted but a complete refund is initiated in case the product is received in a damaged condition or is not as described in the store. To raise a request for a refund, please write to us at hello@woodsogoodshop.com with a picture of the defective item within 5 days of receipt of the item. For bundles, if a refund is requested for a part of the bundle, then the same is made as a proportion of the part to the total product cost of the bundle.

Wood is a natural material and every piece in-store is made with a different/unique piece of wood, so please expect minor differences between pieces. All pieces are handcrafted so there may be minor imperfections that should not be construed as defects.
